A sum of 17 years of experience coaching and delivering complex IT, web, and mobile projects with multiple technologies; out of which, Ghoz has been practicing Lean and agile techniques for more than 10 years to transform teams and help them scale the right way in different fast-growing local and multinational companies including DXC, ITWorx, OMS, Parent ApS, Swvl, etc.

Ghoz is a self-motivated agile practitioner who can see the complete value stream throughout the product life cycle. Having the opportunity to work in different company sizes with multicultural teams gave him a rich experience to build/transform teams, initiating/enhancing processes, developing and maintaining legacy enterprise systems.

Being eager to transform teams and organizations to adopt the agility mindset, Ghoz has been certified as Scrum Master “CSM”, Advanced Scrum Master “A-CSM”, Scrum Professional “CSP-SM”, Certified Scrum Developer “CSD” and Product Owner “CSPO” from Scrum Alliance. Also, he is an Authorized Instructor from ICAgile over different programs including Fundamentals, Product owner, Team Facilitation, Agile Testing, and Test Automation. Moreover, Ghoz is a certified Lean Kanban professional (KMP I & II). For the scaling framework, he is certified over Scrum at Scale “CSaSP”, Kanban coaching professional (KCP), and certified Trainer for DASA DevOps Fundamentals.

In the early days, Ghoz has maintained his PMP certification and been recognized by Microsoft as Certified Trainer (MCT), MCPD Enterprise Application Developer, and MCSD. While currently, Ghoz is pursuing his Advanced Product Owner “A-CSPO” accreditation.
